POP ART!

     What is Pop Art?
Pop Art is a art movement which emerged in the mid 1950s in Britain and in the late 1950s in
the United States. Pop Art presented a challenge to traditions of fine art including art from
popular culture such as advertising, news. When artist created Pop Art they normally sketched
Marilyn Monroe, Coca Cola, Cartoons, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Comic stripes, Sculptures,
Mona Lisa, Magazines (vogue), Audrey Hepburn. Pop Art included a lot of colours such as:
Pink, Green, Blue, Purple, Red, Yellow also in the back rounds of the pieces of art was: Spots
, Stripes, Zigzags. It was a inspiration to a lot of Artists and people

  My Opinion on Pop Art...
I feel very interested in Pop Art, I like the colours the use
there ideas of using famous people as there art work also
using famous art work such as Mona Lisa and so on. Pop
Art is one of my favourite things to do with art.  I like doing
cartoons and one of my favourites is sketching Comic
stripes. Overall I would think its very hard but a challenge
     is always good.
